KATLEHO SEFAKO
Nkgatliseng Motheogane and Meadow Maartens participated in the South African Country Schools Tournament of 2022 as representatives of the Free State. Their mission was to make it to the Interprovincial Tournament. They played in teams of three – Meadow as a member of the A2 team and Nkgatliseng as a member of the A3 team.
Over the weekend of 29 April to 1 May, the two girls played a total of seven matches against teams like North-West, Mpumalanga, Easterns and Eden. They worked hard and ‘squashed’ the other teams.
Their excellent performance at the Tournament earned Meadow and Nkgatliseng half colours.
